- When you book an appointment: your child's name and age, your mobile number, your email address (required for video calls, optional for clinic visits), the service, and the date and time you choose.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or call us: whatever you choose to share in the message or call.
- Website usage: we use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks (for example, taps on Call or Book). It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- To schedule your appointment and add it to the clinic's Google Calendar.
- To send you a calendar invite by email (with a Google Meet link for video calls, or the clinic address for clinic visits) when you give us your email.
- To contact you about your appointment by phone or WhatsApp.
- To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Google services
Appointments are stored in the clinic's own Google Calendar, and video consultations use Google Meet. The website accesses only the clinic's calendar, to check free times and create appointments. The clinic's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google's own handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Who can see it
Only the doctor and clinic staff. Medical details discussed during consultations are kept confidential as required by law and medical ethics.
How long we keep it
Appointment entries stay in the clinic calendar as a record of visits. You can ask us to delete your booking information at any time.
Your choices
